Trust & delivery

Clear responsibilities. Thoughtful controls.

Trust starts with knowing what a system does, what information it uses and who is responsible for it. We work through those decisions with your team as part of the scope.

Built into the conversation

Make the important decisions explicit.

The right controls depend on the information, workload and organization. These are the questions we work through before connecting systems or putting a workflow into use.

Access with a clear purpose.

Identify which people and systems need access to do the work. Define permissions, credential handling and how access will be changed or removed.

Data decisions before implementation.

Map what information is collected, where it moves, which providers process it and how retention is configured. Review sensitive data requirements with the accountable owner.

Actions with accountable owners.

Agree on what an integration or AI workflow may do, where a person must approve it and how exceptions reach the right team.

A release people can evaluate.

Define useful acceptance cases, test the agreed workflows and make launch responsibilities clear. Plan recovery and rollback appropriate to the system.

AI with oversight

Define the limits before expanding the role.

An assistant that drafts an answer and a workflow that changes a business record need different levels of oversight.

We scope evaluation, allowed actions and human escalation around the job. Review examples should include ordinary work, incomplete information and situations in which the system should ask for help.

Explore AI and automation

Questions an AI workflow should answer.

  • Which sources can it use, and who may see the result?
  • Which actions are allowed, and which require approval?
  • How will people recognize and correct a poor response?
  • What activity needs a record for review?
  • Who can pause the workflow and take over?
  • What changes require a new evaluation?

Fit your environment

Deployment is a design decision.

Cloud, private-cloud and on-premises options are assessed against integration needs, operational capacity, cost and data requirements. Availability depends on the selected application and providers.

Security review.

Share required controls, review steps and procurement needs early. We identify what the proposed solution can support and what needs additional work or a different design.

Ownership and portability.

Define account ownership, source-code rights, data exports, documentation and third-party licensing in the agreement. Make the handover plan part of the scope.

Support and recovery.

Agree on included systems, coverage hours, response targets, maintenance and escalation. Backups and recovery responsibilities depend on the services selected.

For your review

Ask for the evidence your decision needs.

This page describes our delivery approach. Contractual commitments, provider terms and the controls for your engagement are documented in the proposal and applicable agreements.

Tell us about any certification, regulatory or contractual requirement during scoping so we can assess fit before work begins.

Useful inputs for an initial conversation.

  • The business process and systems involved
  • The categories of data the workflow needs
  • Your security, legal and operational decision makers
  • Deployment and provider restrictions
  • Acceptance evidence and support requirements

A general description is enough to start. We can arrange an appropriate channel for sensitive material.
