Frequently asked questions

A clear place to start.

How we work, what OG JobSite does, and what to expect when you bring Open Gate AI into your business.

The essentials

Getting to know Open Gate AI.

Do you work with small businesses and enterprise teams?

Yes. We serve owner-led businesses and enterprise operating teams. The starting point is the same: a clear problem. Scope, architecture, stakeholders and controls are tailored to the organization.

What is OG JobSite now?

OG JobSite is the customer growth platform within Open Gate AI. It connects CRM, lead capture, conversations, appointments and follow-up. You can combine it with custom software, marketing and ongoing support through the same team.

Do we have to replace our existing software?

No. We first assess what you already use. Integration, configuration or a focused custom application may solve the problem without a full replacement.

Can we start with one project?

Yes. We define an initial problem, delivery scope, acceptance criteria and owner. Ongoing marketing, operations and support can be added when they fit.

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on the scope, integrations, service coverage and implementation effort. You receive a written proposal separating implementation, recurring services, platform usage and third-party costs before work begins.

How do you measure success?

We agree on a baseline and the result that matters before building: qualified opportunities, response time, completed work, fewer manual steps or reliable operation. A click is not a booked appointment, and a demo is not production acceptance.

Can you support private or enterprise deployments?

We scope deployment, data access, retention and integration requirements with your team. Cloud, private-cloud and on-premises options are assessed against the actual workload and your controls.

What happens after launch?

We document the system, train the people using it and agree on ownership and support. If you engage us to run it, we review reliability, results and the next improvement together.

Planning the work

Practical questions before you begin.

What should we bring to a first conversation?

Describe the problem, the people affected, the tools you already use and what a better result would look like. A rough timeframe and budget range help us recommend a useful starting scope. You do not need a technical specification.

Can you help with digital and physical marketing?

Yes. We can scope websites, search, content, paid campaigns, streaming TV, radio and physical media such as print, mailers and billboards. Creative work, placements, media spend and reporting are defined separately in the proposal.

Can you work with our internal technology or marketing team?

Yes. We define responsibilities and work alongside your team for a focused application, integration, campaign or support scope. Your existing owners and approval requirements remain part of the delivery plan.

Does AI make decisions or contact customers automatically?

The allowed behavior is part of the scope. We define which steps can run automatically, which require a person to approve them and how human takeover works. We also agree on the evaluation and monitoring appropriate to those actions.

Are platform fees and advertising spend included?

The proposal identifies what is included. Implementation, ongoing services, platform subscriptions, usage charges and outside costs such as advertising or print are separated so you can see the full commitment.

Can we see examples before we commit?

The Work section shows public website builds and clearly labeled illustrative delivery scenarios. During scoping we can discuss the evidence relevant to your project, subject to client permission and confidentiality.
