Information you choose to provide
Inquiry forms collect your name, business email, company, business context and message so we can evaluate and respond to your request. Subscription forms collect your email address, selected topics and consent record. Please do not send passwords, confidential records or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Website operation and analytics
Our hosting provider processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. We use necessary browser storage to remember your cookie preference. Optional Google Analytics runs only after you choose to allow analytics on the production site. We configure it without advertising personalization and do not intentionally send your form contents, email address or subscription token to analytics.
We keep up to five validated campaign codes in this browser session for 30 minutes so an inquiry can retain its source as you navigate. We do not store the full URL or contact details in that campaign record. Where these codes are included in your inquiry, we use them to understand how the request reached us. Avoid putting personal information in campaign links. You can change your analytics preference using Cookie preferences in the footer.
How we use and share information
We use inquiry information to respond and manage the requested business conversation. We use confirmed subscription information to provide educational content and manage preferences. Hosting, email-delivery and business-operation providers may process information for those purposes. We do not use an inquiry submission as permission to subscribe you to marketing.
Subscriptions and choices
New email subscriptions require confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in subscription messages. We retain a suppression record as needed to respect an opt-out. RSS is available if you prefer to follow content without an email subscription.
Retention and access
We retain information for the business purpose for which it was collected, operational needs and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify the request and preserve records required for legitimate obligations.
Staging preview
The review site records test inquiries and subscription requests in a separate preview environment. It does not send confirmation emails or enroll those requests into production marketing. Use synthetic information when testing the preview.
